Mickell Jerome Hall, 63, pleaded guilty in Trumbull County Common Pleas Court before Judge Sarah T. Kovoor to felonious assault, a second-degree felony, and a first-degree misdemeanor count of domestic violence, a news release from the Trumbull County Prosecutor’s Office said.
