Youngstown man one of 15 indicted by feds in drug case in Erie, Pa.

Luis Serrano-Mojica, 34, pleaded not guilty Monday at his arraignment before U.S. Magistrate Judge Richard A. Lanzillo to one count of possession with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of cocaine.
