The driver of the SUV, Brad Walker, 32, was booked into the Mahoning County Jail on third-degree felony charges of being a felon in possession of a firearm and failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, along with a fourth-degree felony charge of improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle.
