CANFIELD, Ohio (WKBN) - More candidates are expressing interest in what will become an open seat among the Mahoning County commissioners. Canfield Mayor Don Dragish said he plans to run in the May Republican Primary for the seat now held by Carol Righetti, who will be retiring when her term ends a year from now.
