PUCO to hold SOBE, Enbridge Gas meetings

The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio is scheduled to meet Wednesday to discuss the SOBE plant in downtown Youngstown and hold a second public hearing regarding a proposed rate increase for Enbridge Gas.
